Shelldon is a young artist from the Snowy Mountains in southern New South Wales. He has always had a natural inclination to art in all forms and enjoyed using his creativity as a form of his own artistic expression.

The science within art and experimenting with the different elements therein continue to fascinate him. His motivation lies in the challenges presented when creating a new piece of work, forever pushing his boundaries and learning new ways to achieve a desired result using shapes, line, tone and colour formulas to create mood and expression. Because he applies his art in the most personal way possible, it is important for him to try and understand the expressions related to his clients motivations and personality so he can do his best to provide a piece of work that suits the medium, looks good and satisfies.

Captivated by the mysterious and romantic nature of tattooing ever since he can remember, he is now 32 and in his 14th year as a professional tattoo artist. He is fortunate enough to have always worked with and learned from some of Australia’s most talented and well known artists and is currently working alongside some of the freshest and best professionals in the industry at Westside Tattoo in Brisbane.
