Design Proposal for Blender's New Animation System

The animation module held a new workshop at the Blender Institute as the animation 2025 project picks up steam, and in continuance to the workshops and meetings made October last year around the Blender Conference.

The workshops purported goal was to "speed up animators (and others working with animation data) by reducing manual data management."
